Can I go Pier Fishing with DRUNK GOGGLES on?

I’m attempting the Drunk Goggles Pier Fishing Challenge. I’m pier fishing while wearing Beer Goggles with 0.25 BAC. Drunk pier fishing is harder than it looks. Beer and Fishing often go hand in hand. I am running 3 different tests to assess exactly how much drinking alcohol will impair my fishing. I have my cousin Daniel here to help me experiment and to show him that he shouldn’t drink and fish.
