How to make holiday cookie plates platters Mod Podge DIY Hi Guys, In this video I show you how to make some fun holiday cookie plates using Mod Podge and fabric.

Materials needed
glass plates
fabric
Mod Podge
scissors
sponge brush
paper plate
bondo spreader
rubbing alcohol
cotton balls or pads

Clean plate first to remove fingerprints. Trace leaving room all around the plate your fabric. Make sure to center your design before cutting it out. Paint the entire bottom of the glass plate with Mod Podge. Cover the edges too with Mod Podge. Lay your fabric pretty side down over the bottom of the plate. Smooth out lines and air bubbles. If you missed a spot, raise up fabric and brush on more Mod Podge. Smooth fabric back down. Let dry completely. Trim off extra fabric around edges. Apply top coat of Mod Podge over fabric and let dry.
Note: Do not put your cookie plates in the dishwasher. Wipe clean with a damp cloth only.
Mod Podge does make dishwasher safe Mod Podge, but it takes 28 days to cure.

You can make these for any occasion. You could make a special one just for Santa's cookies.
