Judges rule Parliament suspension is unlawful The Scottish Court of Appeal ruled that Boris Johnson's suspension of parliament is "improper" and "unlawful", leading to demands for MPs to return to the House of Commons.

The government says it's disappointed with the court's decision and will contest it in the Supreme Court.
