Lake Drain Clog in Progress - Sped Up - Watch how it clogs

This is a drain that clogs up after almost every storm. Without this drain the street would flood. This is the first pond scum clog I gave found and it is very heavy stuff. I unclog this about every 2 weeks and soon is fall and I expect a large clog here in Oct when the leaves fall.
