Truth be told a lot of times having sex out of wedlock is the last sin that many turn from in order to be called a child of God, therefore many marry the same person who they slept with out of wedlock all this time so they can now say "look I'm changed! Now I'm married!" But are you really changed? Fornication practiced will give you demons & marriage does not solve this. Always remember this, marriage does not deliver you from lust. Only Yeshua can deliver you from lust, marriage does not appease this.
