Since then, I had lost more than 10kg, got IPPT Gold and clock the fastest running times in my whole life.
As I dread cooking, I manage to identify 5 convenient places that will keep me relatively fit and healthy. Therefore, I eat at those places every single day.
Losing weight is not a priority. But after eating clean, avoiding most oily and fried stuff, the weight loss just automatically comes... which is a bonus.
