The Mansion of the Hearth is the second Mansion of the Moon using the modern English names. The Moon visits each of the 28 Mansions in its 28-day orbit of the Earth. When the Moon is transiting the Second Mansion it is a time of family, food, and sharing the bounty of the hearth. While the Moon is in the sky, you may well find that its energy and influence is much stronger than any planet or arrangement of planets on your astrological chart.
