PH Senator: Justice Department, Ombudsman should file charges vs. Albayalde, 'Ninja cops'

Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chair Richard Gordon urges the Justice Department and the Office of the Ombudsman to pursue charges against former Police Chief Oscar Albayalde and the 13 cops tagged in a controversial drug raid in Pampanga back in 2013.

Gordon believes, there are sufficient circumstantial evidence to pin them down. He adds, pursuing such action will only urge those with knowledge on illegal activities within the PNP to start coming out.

The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee had recommended the filing of drug and graft charges against Albayalde and the 13 Pampanga cops.
