This is similar to saying should you multitask or single task? When you multitask you get distracted by many things at once so your full attention isn’t on one task at a time making more chances of mistakes.
Personally what I outsource in my business is tasks that bind with one another and my VA’s are very task-specific so they have pretty much mastered it.
You don’t want to overload them and you want to know those tasks can be carried out in that specific time frame, so make sure you master it yourself before outsourcing it.
