30 Minute Progressive Bounce Fit on our JumpSport Trampoline, SanFran Fitness Welcome to SanFran Fitness and our progressive Bounce Fit video. We start at a slow BPM for the music and easy moves. As the workout continues it gets a little faster. You have a strengthening section which then leads you to the faster BPM music, see if you can keep up!

This video is meant for all levels of fitness. See how far you can go with it. Make a note of the time you stop exercising and on your next try, see if you can beat your last time. Send us a COMMENT on how you did, whether you lasted 8 minutes or the whole way through. Depending on your comments, I'll post another progressive workout which could be longer and faster or slower and shorter. It's up to you!

Remember to go at your own pace and stop for a break at any time. Stay hydrated and enjoy the workout.
