John Mayer plays a cover of "Don't Think Twice, It's Alright" live at Eddie's Attic in GA (2010). There's a few other versions of this cover, one in particular from the famous Hotel Cafe performances, unfortunately the crowd on that recording is a little too loud and ruins the vibe of the song imo, I'll like below if you guys want to check it out!
