ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅದ್ಯಾವ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾವೋ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನಿರಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಉಜ್ವಲ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಬಾಲ್ಯದಲ್ಲೆ ಕಮರಿ ಹೋಗ್ತಿದೆ.. ನೆಪಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇನೋ ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಗೆ ಕೋಟಿ ಕೋಟಿಗಟ್ಟಲೇ ಹಣದ ಹೊಳೆನೆ ಹರಿಸ್ತಿದೆ.. ಆದ್ರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಆಗ್ತಿಲ್ಲ..!
