Procedure - Remove Hard Drive, Plug it to the Desktop, Use Hard Disk Sentinel to check Health Percentage of Hard Drive
Findings - Defective Hard Drive, need replacement
Solution - Buy new hard drive or solid state drive aka ssd, insert it to the laptop and install windows 7
