When I was a teenager, I could lose weight at a pizza party. Now, I look at a cake through a shop window and gain a few pounds. Do you feel the same? So, in this morning’s show, I want to talk about what happens to our bodies after menopause and why do many of us struggle with our weight after 50. Then, I’d like to offer a few solutions for staying healthy in the best years of your life.
