Second in a series, Meet TakeIn's Early Adopters. Food Truck Operator Meet Cenk, proprietor of Local Kebab a San Diego food truck. He's passionate about his Turkish heritage and extremely knowledgeable about his food culture (if you meet him, ask him why bulgur wheat is special). The doner kebab from his truck is delicious and authentic. His vegan offering (his mother's special) Kari is derived from ancient bulgur wheat strains unique to his family. His spices are straight from markets in Istanbul, but his ingredients are local San Diego if at all possible. He greets every customer with a smile, and he's a great guy -- a husband, father, and hardworking entrepreneur who is generous with his time (and food) in the community.
