The World Is a Stage, Play Your Role Nicely for Joy

Just as a skilled actor in a drama plays a role for his or her own joy and the joy of the audience, we too should remember to play the role that is assigned to us nicely. Paramahamsaji shares a story of how a little girl in his residential school at Balashram played the role of mother Sita crying in a drama, and ends this video segment by saying "If God has chosen this role for you, enact it nicely - it is for joy. Nothing else." This video will provide a great lesson for many of us who take life too seriously bringing down our own spirits and those around us. Practical spirituality is often about shifting the perspective and changing our attitude, as the Guru explains in this video.
