99% People have this most common bad habit, and that habit is ISOLATING INCIDENTS. It means we think any wrong choice we make at any situation is only limited to that particular incident, but thats not true that bad thinking of making wrong choices begins to circulate in every aread of our life. And making wrong choices becomes our habit in every area.
So here is the solution :-
1. As soon as you realize you are making a bad move take a pause and ask yourself is this what i have come to do here??
2. See the negative side of your bad choice and replace with a good choice.
