This is an example of attempting to reach 5% cohetarian tone during a recording of some blessing or wish. 100% cohetarian would be the most tender softest gentlest tone filled with the most universal kindness emotions, wishes, intents, etc, which is hard to attain unless one has been in that state for weeks before recording. But even this 5% cohetarian (gentle healing nurturing tone) is much better than the usual tone we humans use in the news, conversation, music, etc. The 45 second blessing says "May all beings be blessed with universal loving kindness, gentle tender soft sweetness and happiness that brings them physical immortality and bliss". This was altering my normal tone to make it more feminine and higher pitched. When moms/dads talk to their babies (whom they love very much), they use an endearing higher pitch tone without realizing, as babies love that and biology creates that tone to soothe the baby. Why is that higher frequency sound linked (culturally and/or physiologically?) with more universal tender soft affection and unconditional love for all beings, as a mom has for her baby? We don't know. But we find in Metta Sutta (Buddhism) and 1 Thessalonians 2:7 quotes about "being gentle towards all as a mom is with her baby". Imagine if we perceived all adults as a 3 day old baby (they are that compared to a billion year old Immortal) with limited knowledge about the Universe and who only wants to be loved and understand the new world he entered; it would diminish a lot of or all our negative emotions towards any other adult out there. A parent is very understanding with a baby who inadvertently spills some milk or something, so imagine if all people (who are not babies) are as understanding as a mom is with her infant towards everyone out there, younger or older. When someone does something that annoys us, we can realize they truly are a newborn baby in the perception of an Immortal, so there is no point to get upset and start yelling and/or having mean tones; but have serenity and compassion, and a gentle healing tender affectionate tone and intent that may bring peace and some longevity discovery. The advantage of this cohetarian tone is obviously, lower cortisol secretion and longer lifespan due to lower stress, besides more peaceful relationships. It's hard to practice at first with strangers, so we could start at home with a pet or relative, a teddy bear (real or imagined) via recordings (record yourself in the best tone and listen again, to rewire brain to want to imitate that tone of yours that is nicer, after years or decades of rough average tone that is not imbued with universal gentle tender soft healing nurturing grace and sweetness, since kindergarten, middle, high school teachers don't teach that yet unfortunately, and we see the result - a world of disharmony and conflict), and then slowly change tone with more people.
