Because of new regulations brought up by Youtube as a result of the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act, I'm in a gray area, and if I don't make the right decision according to the FTC, I can be in some big trouble. Tl;dw: I'm labeling my channel and all my videos as not for kids. That means that anyone under the age of 12 is not going to be able to view my channel anymore, even though my channel is safe for those kids. Furthermore, if the future proves that this isn't enough and that I can still be fined for this stuff, then I may have to take every video and put it all on private, and then just stop making videos. But only time will tell what the next logical step is. So, stay tuned, I guess.
