INGREDIENTS...
1 can evaporated milk
1 can crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon lemon juice
***graham cracker pie crust x2 (recipe makes two pies) or if you want to make your own in a 9x13 use 24 graham crackers and 1/2 cup melted butter***
1 small package of lemon jello pudding
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS...
Drain pineapple in pan and bring to a boil.
Add jello powder and stir for two minutes.
Take off heat and add in lemon juice.
Set aside.
In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
Add in sugar. Mix.
Add in crushed pineapple. Mix.
Add in jello mixture.Mix.
In a big glass (preferably cold) bowl whip evaporated milk until stiff peaks form.
Mix into cream cheese mixture and mix for a couple of minutes.
Add into pie crust.
Top with graham cracker crushed on top if ye want.
REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST FOUR HOURS!!!
