High traffic volumes head to KwaZulu-Natal Four people including two babies have died in two separate road crashes in Limpopo.
Two of the deceased died in a head-on collision between two vehicles on the R101 road outside Mokopane.
In the other road crash at Xigalo village in Malamulele, a one month baby and the five months old baby died after a driver of the vehicle allegedly lost control when it overturned.
Meanwhile in KwaZulu-Natal, traffic officials had their hands full as many commuters made a last minute dash to their Christmas destinations.
Traffic volumes heading into the coastal province Tuesday continued to peak at various toll routes.
