For this video I didn't want to talk to much about the science behind the diet or get to detailed for that matter. I mainly wanted to share my experience throughout the whole process. And although there are other factors of inflammation that need to be taken into account if you want a truly anti inflammatory diet, if you start with taking away these 5 main things you will already see a MASSIVE improvement.
*I did eat eggs and kefir because they are great sources of B- vitamins.
