I tried an ANTI-INFLAMMATORY diet for 2 weeks | Meaning NO meat, dairy*, gluten, sugar and less salt An Anti inflammatory diet means eating no foods that cause inflammation in the body. For example meats, sugar, dairy, excess salt, and gluten raise the inflammation levels in the body. It is quite simple...the more inflammation there is, the less efficient your body works.

For this video I didn't want to talk to much about the science behind the diet or get to detailed for that matter. I mainly wanted to share my experience throughout the whole process. And although there are other factors of inflammation that need to be taken into account if you want a truly anti inflammatory diet, if you start with taking away these 5 main things you will already see a MASSIVE improvement.

*I did eat eggs and kefir because they are great sources of B- vitamins.
