Community Talks is an avenue where people from all walks of life irrespective of age, religion, sex, education and economic status will congregate and share their individual feeling. This is basically a vast platform of community leaders and of the persons who do believe in Sharing and Caring for others. In this issue, the speaker, Social Worker M. Habibur Rahman who is currently working as an Associate Professor and Head of Sociology & Social Work department of the People’s University of Bangladesh delivers his motivational speech to his students and colleagues in an occasion. He awfully bears in mind and heart that people may remain happy through maintaining sound relationship with others, sharing and caring for others. He also believes that students and teachers should be friends each other on the basis of respect, politeness and affection. M. Rahman has a firm faith that a good teacher or a leader may be happy and stay healthy if his students and followers can smile. Finally he said, a promising social worker is a good teacher, motivator and a successful leader as well who can transform people to be self-reliant, realistic and committed for the society towards change and development.
