Musician, political activist Kwame Asare Obeng affectionately called A Plus has dragged the Attorney General and Kroll & Associates to the court over a $1 million contract between Office of the Senior Minister and the above mentioned company. A Plus is praying to the court to declare the contract as unconstitutional and hence null and void and therefore of no effect. Hence $1million to the company paid must be refunded to the Government of Ghana with interest at current Bank of Ghana rates
