New Environment Minister Jonathan Wilkinson says his first priority is going to be figuring out how Canada can actually hit its Paris climate change agreement goals. After that, he will look at seeing how much more Canada can do before the 2030 deadline. Wilkinson was named environment minister two weeks ago and says he thinks his cleantech background and prairie roots give him a unique perspective. (December 4, 2019.)
