Harriet gets up to offer some fish and E14 takes a little tumble - falling over on its back. A new hatchling is very uncoordinated and has little strength to hold their head upright let along their body. E14's tumble in real time & slomo! E14 tries to get up but can't yet so Harriet being the good Mom that she is, just offers the very first bite of fish to her baby laying on its back! ♥ The fish falls out of E14's beak, Harriet picks it up and tries again. The fish falls out again but Harriet is ever patient and tries a third time - and E14 swallows their very first tiny piece of fish!! Mission accomplished! Harriet then will help E14 back up as she nestles in to brood. Thank you for watching!
