The secret to better illustrations for Motion Graphics

In this video, I go over my approach to creating the artwork for my motion graphics inside of Adobe Illustrator. You can use this technique to simplify the process of creating illustrations.

What is great about this technique is that it can be used by those who aren't good at drawing or who aren't artistic. By using simple shapes to create the basic silhouette of an object, and then use the additional tools Illustrator provides, you can make some really good illustrations. The best part? Nobody will be the wiser, and everyone will think you're some kind of artistic prodigy.
