How has the WERRAT software helped improve the recruitment process ?


From 2016 onwards, along with trying to employ students, to train students we have been trying to use this recruitment management solution. This solution focuses on fresher hiring and has automated every part right from the job registration to the onboarding of the freshers in respective companies.


We have automated the entire flow and worked upon the total process flow as per my observation over the years in the workplaces where I was associated with. This has helped us in keeping a discipline, tracking and monitoring has helped us extract trends and patterns which have been used by us. The various stakeholders patterns, not only the student pattern but also the company pattern, their way of working, their way of recruitment, way of hiring and the successful conversions which have happened has helped us improve our placements for the entire group institutes as well as the other colleges or the institutions which are under my umbrella.
