WHY THE TARGETED TAPPING KIT FOR KIDS WAS CREATED
I, like many people, can feel upset with seeing kids getting picked on, teased, shamed, blamed and bullied. It often brings up in me, feelings of being powerless to help them or to change the perspective and behaviour of the kids who are being mean and bullying them.

It concerns me too because I like many others, maybe even you, have been bullied. And at the time, I felt too scared and powerless to stop it happening.

Performance pressures on kids isn't a topic that is going away. It begins in the home with parental expectations and continues at school with exams and peer pressure, then at work in relationships and in each stage of their lives.

Whether we like it or not, society in all forms judges and evaluates us and kids on our looks, appearance, intelligence, ethnicity, scholastic and sporting ability, figure, sexiness, communication skills, courage, successes, failures, financial situation, possessions, assets, stamina, life force, net worth etc.

The teenage section is to help them cope with the physical and emotional changes and demands, and the peer-related social pressures that can include cyberbullying.

Cyberbullying is the ability to criticise, abuse, humiliate, and make comments and threats anonymously via social media platforms that has lead to high levels of stress, anxiety and many mental break downs and even suicides in our children.

This is why I created the "Targeted Tapping Kit for Kids". How children react and respond to the stress and pressure in their life can establish patterns that may play out across their whole life.

It is hoped that by using the Targeted Tapping Kit for Kids, that it will reduce the mental and emotional stress and overwhelm they are experiencing and strengthen them enough to regroup and face their world with new courage and resilience.
