5 TIPS for getting started on your FITNESS JOURNEY!! hi y'all! here are 5 tips that I think really helped me get started on my fitness journey. I started consistently exercising and focusing on eating better about two years ago, but we all start somewhere! I remember how confused I was looking at all the different information online about how to lose weight, get in shape, "tone" your butt, etc. I always thought to myself "I have no clue what I'm doing???" but eventually, I learned (it takes TIME and PATIENCE) and so can you :)

I get a lot of questions regarding what I do, how I began, what I eat, and plenty others via in person and on Instagram (@bailey.sito.fit) which I will talk about in upcoming videos! I plan on doing a whole week of workouts soon as well as a full day of eating so I hope those will help answer some of your questions.
