• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 200ml water
• 2 tsp salt
• 600g flour
• 3 bell peppers
• 125g butter
• Milk
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Chop the pepper and cook.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out the cake, grease with melted butter and layout the filling. Roll up and make a spiral. Knead bell pepper bread and pierce with a wooden stick. Put bread on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease bell pepper bread with milk. Bake for 40 minutes at 200C / 390F.
