CAA Rules May Require Applicants To Provide Proof Of Their Religious Identity Rules for the controversial CAA which has led to protests across India are reportedly at the final stage. Migrants from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will have to provide proof of religious beliefs to acquire Indian citizenship. They’ll also have to submit some sort of document to prove they entered India before December 31, 2014.
