This home in Chennai designed by Matharoo Associates responds in a unique way to adverse site conditions. It demonstrates creative solutions to enhance the quality of space - which would otherwise be limited by the very challenging surroundings.

The home is layered with elements of surprise and offers a ‘connected’ space for its occupants. And by that we don’t mean technologically connected, but (more importantly) physically and visually connected.

It is progressive, robust, has a unique disposition and responds wonderfully to the needs of the clients.
