A homeowner noticed a suspicious person on his security cameras riding a bicycle in circles in the cul-de-sac. The suspect then entered a neighbor's driveway and went towards the front door. The other neighbour confronted the suspect, and after a brief verbal confrontation the homeowner grabbed onto the bicycle and called police. The suspect then fled on foot. Coquitlam police were on scene within minutes collecting evidence.
