How to make a customized anime wallet

i got the idea of drawing this one after noticing how many offers are on the market to sell these kinds of things, sadely that paint isn't permanent, i didn't know where to find a permanent posca markers in my local, otherwise it would be a great deal anyway i hope you enjoy it.
