Kristi Eramo | THE SCALE LIES....HIIT, SPLIT SQUATS, & MEASUREMENTS Hey Team!!

So today, we are starting a nutrition challenge at CrossFit Polaris, and we wanted to weigh in for you guys to follow along on this little journey as well! First off, we do think it is critical, to weigh in so you have a baseline, but make sure to use the same machine when you finish your goal as well because even if its off in the beginning, the end result will still have that same base programming.

We will start measuring/weighing food, and will make sure to share what we are learning along the way.

Workout wise today we had some ROUGH intervals. Decided to just go hard and break in one of those echo bikes!! Along with a quad pump of super-setting Bulgarian split squats and jump squats!!
