President Uhuru Kenyatta is tonight putting on notice governors and members of parliament alleged to have siphoned public resources, citing the recent unceremonious ouster of Ferdinand Waititu as Kiambu governor. Kenyatta who toured Meru and Kirinyaga counties, in a new mode of operation aimed at consolidating his Mt. Kenya political stronghold that has seemingly slipped from his grasp to deputy president William Ruto yet again insisted he had no preferred successor and was only interested in national unity and service delivery.
