Raffi's History and Review: 'The End is the Beginning' Picard E03

This review has us looking into the background of the new characters introduced in Picard as well as critiquing the current state of the Federation in the series. Overall, this episode was not as smooth as the last two and a few details are being swept over causing both a more cohesive narrative on the surface but as many cracks in the details.
