Shan'ann Watts Autopsy Report VS Lifetime Dramatization

The Lifetime Dramatization doesn't make sense intuitively, but more important, it doesn't make sense forensically. It does not correspond to the evidence in the autopsy report. The legal narrative around the autopsy reports is also...well...somewhat irregular.
