Residents and shopkeepers tell ITV News they are "devastated" after flooding caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage following heavy and prolonged rain.

The Met Office issued the most severe weather warning on Sunday as Storm Dennis caused rivers in south Wales to burst their banks, prompting evacuations to residents living nearby.
