Sunflower Cocktail (variation on a Corpse Reviver No. 2!)

The Sunflower is a creation of well known bartender Sam Ross. A simple variation on the classic Corpse Reviver #2 - substituting Elderflower liqueur in place of the original Lillet or Cocchi Americano.

The Sunflower was also featured in Kara Newman's Shake. Stir. Sip. - a book featuring 50 easy equal part cocktails.

INGREDIENTS
- 22.5ml Gin
- 22.5ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 22.5ml Cointreau / Triple Sec
- 22.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Absinthe Rinse

METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain into an absinthe lined, chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a lemon twist (or edible flower)
