Liquidity, volatility and relation are important to know about the price movement in stock market. Market liquidity level can give the how much easy to buy and sell any security in the stock market. If the liquidity is high it means that the large number of buyer and seller are in the market to participate. If the market liquidity is not enough it is hard to buy or sell anything in the market. So liquidity is important to trade. The volatility is that how much prices of stock or any security fluctuate. If the volatility is very less in means in this condition the price take time to move upward or down ward. Liquidity and volatility has relation to each other if the volatility is high
generally prices are less volatile and if the liquidity is low the prices fluctuate more in another word it is more volatile. So for trading the market both are importance enough.
