I hope you guys understand why she just had so much going on in her life she can't really controls what she does so she didn't mean to hurt Cameron's feelings, She just couldn't help her feeling for him and was so worried something bad might happen if she is in a new relationship. So in the continued part she may confess her feelings for him.
