WT || Strv 103-0 - Hull Aim Rework Fail

Gaijin was forced to rework the hullaim because it was so tragicly bad.

It is better to use overall now but still bad at long range!
And then add to Gaijin's implementation fail the inherent problem the tanks design has in the current meta, you have a not to be recommended tank at your hands!
