Satanic Panic: The Ricky Kasso Case

I'm really not sure why the authors decided to include the Ricky Kasso case when the Nightstalker case was much more interesting and happened around the same time. Maybe because of the sad ending? Or perhaps because it involved teenagers. At any rate, I refuse to give the Nightstalker any airtime on my channel.
