The Jurassic Park franchise has definitely come a long way since the first Stephen Spielberg film way back in 1993. There’s been a lot of dinosaurs, a lot of destruction, and a lot of expenses not being spared! If you have trouble keeping up with the franchise based on the Michael Crichton novels, you’ve come to the right place because we’re going to break down the timeline and give you a complete history of the movies. We’ll talk about the first film, venture into the Lost World, and talk about the future of Jurassic World: Dominion. Of course, we couldn’t be more excited about seeing Dr. Alan Grant, Dr. Ellie Sattler, and Dr. Ian Malcolm back on the big screen together. There are also some non feature length pieces of media worth mentioning including the Battle at Big Rock and Camp Cretaceous. John Hammond definitely believed in sparing no expense when it came to starting his own dinosaur infested park, and we promise to spare as few details as possible as we take a look back at this series.

What do you think about the fact that the franchise is still going strong after all of these years? Do you yearn for the simpler days of animatronic dinos or are you looking forward to seeing where the series goes next?
