There are bad people everywhere that do bad things. How come so many bad people of specific ethnicities ended up plying their "trade" in the UK. Were they "selected" from their countries of origin? By who? George Soros and his cronies? Was there a side issue to bring selected bad people to create racial hatred? It's a possibly I wouldn't dream to dismiss. Divide and Conquer. There are too many statistical anomolies here for my liking.
