These simple yoga steps you can do in your bed in the morning time before you get up from the bed. Just try to do it 5 times each steps you will fell the difference through out the day.if you feel stiffness in the morning this yoga practice will give you a flexible body and reliefs the body muscles,body pain and circulate the blood.
