2020 INFINITI Q50 - Automatic Drive Positioner (if so equipped)

2020 INFINITI Q50 - Automatic Drive Positioner (if so equipped) "This video is copyrighted material of Nissan North America, Inc. and should not be copied, edited, or reproduced without the permission of Nissan.

If your vehicle is equipped with the Automatic Drive Positioner feature, you can set and store two separate positions for the driver’s seat, steering column, and outside mirrors using these controls on the driver’s side door.

To save a set of positions, first ensure that the shift lever is in Park. Then,
● Adjust the driver’s seat, steering column, and outside mirrors to the desired positions by manually operating each adjusting switch.
● Next, push the SET switch and, within five seconds, push the memory switch one or two, for at least one second.

A chime sounds (SFX) and the indicator light for the pushed memory switch illuminates for a period of time to let you know when the position has been stored. Repeat this procedure for the second driver position.

When a new set of positions is saved to memory, the previously stored positions for that switch are deleted.

If your vehicle is equipped with the Entry / Exit Function, the driver’s seat will slide backward and the steering wheel will move up when the driver’s door is opened

with the ignition switch in the LOCK position. The driver’s seat and steering wheel will return to the previous positions when the ignition switch is placed in the ACC position.

If you modify your driving positions but forget to save it to one of the memory switches, it will still be automatically saved to your user profile each time the ignition switch is placed in the OFF position.
The automatic drive positioner switches are linked with the log-in function.

Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations, and additional operating and feature information."
