Data Science After Dark - September 2019 The eFactory, Springfield Missouri
We have invited Sherry Woosley and Matt Venaas, from Skyfactor, a Macmillan learning company subsidiary, out to discuss what they are doing with data at Skyfactor. Skyfactor provides market-leading assessments and benchmarking that empower programs across colleges and universities to identify areas of improvement for maximum impact on student outcomes. Learning about learning, with data – fascinating.
After that, we will take the remaining time to come to some concrete decisions on a plan for how to use this group to learn the tools & methods of data science, and a plan for how we will work together with data to make Springfield a better place. Two other very important things I know you want from DSAD.

We’ll be meeting at The eFactory (405 N. Jefferson Ave.) on Tuesday, September 17th from 5:30p to 7:00p. Food and drink will be provided while everyone settles in.
